Tabăra de Testare is a community dedicated to software testing professionals. This platform is used for managing events and registrations.

When registering for events:

  • Full name (first name + last name)
  • Email address
  • Role / Job title (for community context)

When submitting speaker proposals:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Company and job title (professional context)
  • Session details (title, description, type)

3. Purpose of data processing

We use your data exclusively for:

  • Reserving your spot at the event (registration management)
  • Sending you registration confirmation via email
  • Notifying you in case of event changes or cancellations
  • Evaluating speaker proposals (for speakers)

Newsletter (optional): If you explicitly opted in for the newsletter at registration, we will use your email address to notify you about future Tabăra de Testare community events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the emails you receive.

4. How we store and protect data

  • Data is securely stored in a Supabase database, hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany)
  • Database access is restricted and protected through authentication
  • Connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS)
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for site functionality (admin authentication).

Analytics cookies (optional): With your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic (pages visited, session duration, country of origin).
